The Work (FUN) has really begun and "the boys" are on it. The whole roof had 1 layer of shingles, then they found another layer of shingles, then they found another layer and finally 7 layers later they took the roof down to the bones. The small theatre is actually being framed now to make it a more SAFE roof.

| This part of the roof actually bounces up and down. This is why it is being re-framed and strengthened with TJI's (don't ask me what those are, I just know they make it safe) |

| During- Don't be alarmed the chairs aren't in there. We are building a stage for recitals, conferences, bands etc. |

As you can see they are definitely making progress. Our Interior Decorator, Bonnie Char, will be getting the colors, wall paper and carpet ideas to us tomorrow and it is going to be FABULOUS!!!!

This is awesome! I'm so excited you all are fixing the place up. I can't wait to take my family there to catch a movie.
And also, this is really cool that people will be able to do conferences there. I may be interested in this in the future (for a children's writing workshop).

We are so excited about this remodel! I used to go to that theatre every week when I was in college and was so sad when it closed. I always wanted to restore it some day and I am so happy someone do ally is! This is the thing that cedar is really missing! Thank you for making this happen!!!
